A letter from Dar es Salaam

I am at Dar es Salaam.

I don' t know the origin of this name.

But don't forget double a 'Dar es Salaaaaaaaam'

Forty four hous in train. No kidding

Chinease people had made this train.

There was not enough water in second class.

I was very dirty in train.

Also, I spent all the money to buy beers. So i was hungry also. haha

Fortunately, I met a korean guy. He has been travelling for 6months.

And a swedish guy. He had travelled Asia for 13months. Now 5months in Africa.

Me, I have been travelling for 35 days, long way to go.

I stay at YWCA hostel. People said the best hostel in Dar.

I think it's not the best, but better.

And it's very cheap. single room 8000won for one day.

So far I have slept in a tent, in a dormitory.

I plan 3days in single room. But nothing to do for 3days.

Anyway, after shower, I was hanging around city.

50% people in the street greet to me.

"Jambo" "Jambo" mean how are you?

"No, I'm not Jambo, I'm Rambo"

No, I didn't say that. I don't want to disappoint them. Just showing Asian smile.

I think I am already hitten by princess disease.

I will go to Zanzibar island at Sunday.

But alone in the beach. It's not interesting

(the Korean guy and swedish guy have gone to find cheaper hostel)
